  • Primary Purpose of Position

    The Systems Analyst, will manage the company’s ERP and CRM systems, ensuring that they are being utilized to their fullest potential. 

    This position analyzes business system use and makes recommendations on improving productivity.

    Principal Responsibilities

    Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Provide system administration and support for ERP, CRM, SharePoint and other critical SQL Server databases
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills in mission critical environment.
    • Serve as the liaison between business process owners, IT and business operations to ensure alignment.
    • Interface with other business units to improve and implement database process, procedures and automation.
    • Ensure systems are achieving appropriate compliance requirements as it relates to financial reporting and required regulatory controls.
    • Design, build, and deliver requested and ad-hoc reporting, analytics, and dashboards using industry-leading reporting tools.
    • Serve as a data steward for all financial and customer data, playing a key role to ensure data integrity and support leading-practice data governance.
    • Educate users and departments as necessary with respect to usage, policy, and best practices within the company's ERP and CRM applications.
    • Understanding of regulatory, legal and compliances issues for SOX and audit functions.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.



    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Process Management or related discipline or equivalent number of years of work experience.
    • 5+ years of relevant hands-on database analysis, administration and management experience and business systems such as ERP, CRM, SQL , SharePoint systems.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act control requirements.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines.



    • Experience in ERP, CRM, SQL, SharePoint, Power BI and other database technologies.
