  • Primary Purpose of Position

    The Human Resources Generalist provides a wide variety of both complex and routine administrative services which contribute to the success of the Company. The Osiris HR department fosters an environment to expand the knowledge and skills of all its members. In turn, the HR team works together to ensure that the Company has the best workforce in the industry.

    Principal Responsibilities

    Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

    • Coordinate with the Corporate Recruiter to ensure that candidates have the best experience possible.

    • Manage all aspects of the Company’s onboarding process.

    • Own the Company’s personnel, I-9, and other files.

    • Enter and maintain employee information in the HRIS.

    • Assist in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.

    • Help ensure the Company remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

    • Assist in events and logistical tasks the enhance employee experience.

    • And, of course, other duties as assigned.

    Qualities of the ideal candidate include:

    • A foundation of HR knowledge through a degree in HR or an equivalent experience.

    • At least 1 year of experience working in an HR capacity.

    • Excellent customer service skills.

    • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational sills.

    • The ability to see how various tasks/projects/events are interconnected and take action when one item should trigger another.

    • The ability to treat sensitive information properly.

    • Good emotional intelligence.

    • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Word and Excel.

    • Familiarity with an HR information system, preferably ADP Workforce Now
